- I suspect that the problem might be your terminal program settings. Open
- up one of your terminal programs, get everything working the way you
- want, then check and see if you have local echo set to on on your
- terminal program.
- Did you have this problem in previos modems using the same setup? I use
- the external version of the same modem and have never had a problem. If
- it isn't your terminal program you could try to reflash the rom. You can
- get the flasher from www.supra.com.
- Another thing to check is what is stored in memory on your modem. AT&V
- will give you the active profile and the two stored profiles. You should
- have e1 q0 in there somewhere. If not, type ate1q0&w&w1, then atz, then
- try at&w again. If e1 q0 isn't there, call Supra tech support or take it
- back to where you bought it.
